Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item.

2. Please note the product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received, with all original packaging and no signs of used. Used products can’t be refund. The reason for returns caused by yourself (eg, size, color you choose), cannot be accepted.

3. After you send out the returning parcel, please tell us the tracking number or delivery confirmation number. Return shipping fee is responsible by the customer.

4. As soon as we receive your returning items, all about the items checked go well, we will refund all of the money as you wish.

Why don’t you send out watch parts when I need them to repair my watch?

We decided to not send out watch parts to ensure the authenticity and quality of our watches and repairs. Leather and silicone straps as well as sizing links can be ordered directly from our Customer Care department at products pages. Do you charge sales tax?

We are obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in New York state.  Please consult your state’s tax laws for more information on which purchases are subject to sales tax.
